Hi there,

I'm new to O2. My mother died recently and I don't watch tv so I had to become a new customer with Virgin in order to get internet. They offered me a free O2 sim card which I accepted.

I've been ridiculously busy trying to sort after-death things out and one of the things that I need to deal with is this. I've not moved my number across yet, but also confused as O2 have started taking money out of my account for the "free" sim package. I can't seem to talk to anyone to find out why I'm paying for it. I'm already with GiffGaff so I wouldn't have agreed to switch to O2 at extra cost, time and energy, unless it was part of the package I was paying for.

Can someone help please? I have an overwhelming amount of problems to fix, so something like this may seem simple but my brain just is struggling to fix yet another problem.

@Clair77 Sorry for your loss. Hopefully an O2 account advisor can help.

@O2Sarah-@O2Ryan, or @O2Emma can you please assist?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
