I received my new upgrade yesterday, the iPhone XS Max, I've inserted my old SIM card. Everything is working except I have no service! Can anyone help please?

Hi @Alexandra39

Have you checked your service status? https://status.o2.co.uk/

If that's ok  then you need to call O2 and ask them to apply the iData bolt on.

All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

If it's easier, then pop instore to have it added.

@Alexandra39

Phone should still connect to network so check you have SIM inserted correctly.

How did you set it up?

Did the phone say activating when you first turned on?

You may still need to call as some iPhones are shipped with an activation lock which needs lifting by customer service.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
