Hi just joined 02, added my number details to port my old number here on the fill on boxes online.....how long will this take? It has been 24hrs already? How will 02 notify me this has been successful? Thanks.

If your old sim lose connection then the port has started. Until then it's difficult to say

If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
