Hi,
I recently moved onto Virgin Media Volt. As part of the package they said I'd get a new phone SIM, with a new number. I said I didn't want a new number and I was told it was OK I could change back to my old number when I've received the new sim.
This was a few weeks ago. I still haven't received the new sim. I can't get I touch with an actual person on virgin or on o2 to sort this out! What do I do?
