Hello, I’ve just upgraded my phone and requested a new sim as I don’t have access to my old one. The new one has come with the phone and I have put it into the device. I have tried to text the 20220 number saying SWAP. But this isn’t working and all the other texts I try to send also don’t go through. They all say “waiting for connection” Can I have some help?

Can you activate it in your MyO2?

You start the sim swap from the OLD sim @Chris1950

See if this helps (if using a physical sim)
