I just ordered an up grade and it will arrive tomorrow. I am already an o2 customer. I am currently on a Sim only pay as you go and changing to a pay monthly contract. Do I need a new Sim?? I know I didn't when I changed from contract to Sim only.
Help
Thanks

Yes you will need a new sim as they are slightly different.

You can continue with your current sim card, you only need a new sim if your current one doesn't fit or you want to use 5G services

@Wendydsouza74

PAYG and Pay monthly sim cards hold different key information, so you will need to use the correct type of sim for your account type.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
