Hi @maxinemurdoch1 

As you are UPGRADING, you will always keep the same number.

You can also use your old sim in your new phone, if it fits.

Probably best to go instore and talk to them about your options as you want to make sure you don't take out a new contract.

If you do it online, make sure you look for the upgrade option and take it from there
