I have a new phone and new sim but keeoing my number, ive had thebphone 24hrs and my old phone and sim is deactivated but my new one is still shiwinh emergency services only.
Ive turned the new phone on and off many times but ni luck, laslo been on 02 website but they neednto send me a code which they can't do as i cant recieve texts so im left with no phone, how can i activate my sim please

There is a system issue at the moment and problems with porting, number transfers and tariff changes. Hope they sort it soon.
