New phone - no network or internet connection

Anyone any idea why - i did request a new sim with my new phone - so do i need to activate it before i can use phone?

Use your old sim if it's the same size unless you have ported in.

If you upgraded and need a new sim then follow the guide below, however number transfers are taking longer
