The new phone I received today in the post as an upgrade has the smallest crack in it - I didn’t initially notice but can now see it at the top. Can I get a replacement at the same time as returning even if it was online? My old handset doesn’t work hence the upgrade so I don’t want to be without a phone through no fault of my own. Thanks
