Hi

New O2 customer, and have received pay monthly Sim. When I put new sim into my iPhone 6s I'm getting the message 'iPhone is not activated'.

My iPhone is unlocked, and not sure if problem is with sim or the phone.

thanks

You need to call to get the sim activated

You should be able to do it in the app which is the best option

Otherwise you need to call

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
