I ordered a new handset online, it was despatched to DPD then requested back to O2. No contact from O2, not so much as a text. Anyone else had this?

All sorts of weird things have been happening with DPD during this lockdown!

You need to call O2 and ask them whats going on. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I'd give customer service a call.

I've spoken to O2, they have no idea why it was returned. I know have to wait until it have been booked back to stock on the system so they can then cancel the order and contract and I will have to reorder.... Again. Not impressed that's for sure
