Hi all,
On Saturday (12th) I signed up to o2 and ordered the Oppo find x5 pro on preorder.
I filled out all the forms etc and I have received my order confirmation along with my o2 phone number and my collection reference for when the phone is released and I am able to collect it from my nearest store..
The problem is that when I sign in to 'my o2' though there is nothing there relating to my order.
Is this because I am a brand new customer and it hasn't all been setup yet by o2??

Your MyO2 isn't setup until your order is dispatched.
For order confirmation,
you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Hi,
That's great! Thasnks for the info. I assumed everything was ok because I have the confirmation and I can log in to my account. I just got a little worried that there was no mention of my order.
