I recently moved my pay monthly contract from £15 to £20 but just received a bill for £22.74 i have tried to cancel my contract and revert back to my old contract but it won’t let me as there is no one to chat to to do this can anyone help Regards Mal
Hi Cleoriff, Thank you for your reply the bill date i received was for a full month i was told it would be no more than £20 a month but at these trouble times i want to go back to my old contract but not able to do so as no one to chat to?
