New contract order

I placed a new contract order today for the new I phone se( pre ordered)and was met with a page that told me something had gone wrong with my order however I still received emails containing the legal documents and paid the upfront cost- still haven’t received any confirmation of my order- will my order be arriving and how will I know ?

Once it's dispatched, you will get an email so you can track it.

If you want to confirm it's been accepted then you need to call O2
