Hi

I have just received my new Sim card,

like many times before in my use of changing sim cards on my different phones.. so like many times before, i have removed the sim card, destroyed the old sim card ( for privacy purposes) and then replaced with New sim card, waiting for the message to come through. So i can activate this new sim card..........

Well that seems to have changed... so now i have a destroyed OLD sim card and a NEW sim card in the phone that is now not activated or working in any way.. no calls..

SOOOO.. i kind of wondering how to deal with this, as i cant call O2 for help as my mobile phone is now dead to o2....🙄

Any help would be nice, as im paying for a service i cant use.. like calling someone

Many thanks in Advance

Phil
