I ordered a new sim (I am already a pay monthly wifi customer with an O2 Airtime plan). The sim has arrived - we want to use it in a mobile wifi hotspot we have bought as we have just moved house and BT has let us down with installing the wifi. 

The Sim has arrived and we have installed it but it is not working. The mobile hotspot recognises it is an O2 sim but there seems to be no network access. 

 

Cant get through to anyone at O2 to discuss and so need help. On My O2 it seems to have cloned my Iphone airtime plan. Doesnt look right.

You'll to set the apn for data to work - see instructions that came with your device.

As for your phone contract - is the phone still working?
