@Alpal

I'm not sure why you would need a network security key to work from home?

Loads of people are with O2 and are working from home. I haven't heard them ask for this before.

Anyway, I'll mention @MI5 , @pgn @gmarkj @madasaf1sh who are working from home and see what they have to say.

I'll ask our managers then @Marjo @Martin-O2 ?

Until someone else comes online, you will have to wait a while @Alpal

Sounds like the laptop is asking for your WiFi password.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Alpal

What are you trying to connect to?

Are you trying to tether to your mobile or use your home wifi?

I thought exactly the same @MI5  but wasn't confident enough to say that. I also spoke to my other half and he said the same. This is the first time I've heard anyone ask for Network security key.

It won't be anything to do with O2.
