Hi,
I got an upgrade today with a new sim. However I have no network on my new sim and noticed my old sims network was also not working before I received my new phone. Is this a network issue or a sim issue?

The system for numbers transfers is running very slowly currently.

If your old sim has been turned off it means the process as started so just keep rebooting your new phone/sim until it comes online.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hello,

Are both sims saying inactive or unavailable?

Or are they searching for signal.

Have you tried restarting handset or putting handset into aeroplane mode then researching for network in settings?

They don’t say inactive the bar that usually shows 4g signal on both was nothing there. No I’ve not tried that yet. I will give it a go
