My pay monthly bill is due tomorrow and it is negative. can i get it paid back into my bank or does it go into next month

You can request a refund from O2 which will be paid back into the account it came from, however, it may take up to 21 days for it to be refunded, so unless it's a large amount of money, it's probably wise to leave it to come from future bills.

It goes against your next payment, reducing your Direct Debit

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
