Hi Team

My current device is out of service & I have made a complaint.  The technical team was supposed to fix but still no luck. Somthing to do with an old mast??   I'm so fed up with my current product & had these issues for a few years, but now my phone is not functional I now need a new plan/device.

I don't need anything fancy just a basic plan.  All your plans are so expensive the cheapest offer I saw, was iphone SE for £27.68 p/m but I feel as a loyal custmer I deserve a better upgrade.

What can you offer?

Look forward to your reply.

Kind regards, Vanessa

@Vantry72

This is not O2, it's a community forum.

You need to contact O2. All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

To be honest, if you have had these problems for a few years, I would be looking at what other networks can offer you @Vantry72
