Mystery Double Data

On my monthly renewal date on 7th April, I checked on Myo2 and I had 7.99gb data remaining when usually I only have 4gb per month. I have bought data bolt ons a couple of times recently but these were used up before the renewal date and according to Myo2 I only have a discount bolt-on and the travel one, neither of which should double my data. I'm not moaning, just wondering why its suddenly appeared.

Coronavirus weirdness, @Slaters1208- after losing my 3X bolt-on recently, I managed to get through and got CS to check and reapply it, only for it to double earlier this week, as my MyO2 showed last Thurs:

It *should* show the amount left of 75GB (25GB base, and a 3X bolt-on until Jan-2021!)

Never fear. It will sort itself out in due course, I suspect! 😅👍

I've been careful but have also used hardly any data this month. Thought maybe it was a generous offer of extra data or an error to do with the clearing of charges for data used for NHS/similar pages. Listened to some non-downloaded items on Spotify earlier to use it up a bit.

We can only hope so @Slaters1208 , it's time they did something for this lockdown!
