My son bought a,new phone today at O2 Bury. His current phone is in my account but I want to cancel it off mine then he can use the same number for new phone. Can you help me please?

@Suzanne5 I'm afraid you can't do that. Your son would have to take out a contract in his own name, which would be subject to a credit check. You could then transfer the number to him. Alternatively, he could just use the sim he has now and put it in his new phone, or if you need a 5G sim for the new phone you could request one from O2 or go in store and get one and swap the sim.
