I made request for a PUK a few times yesterday . O2 are sending messages to my phone that is PUK locked . I live alone and I have specific health issues

How do I get my phone working asap.

You should be able to find it in myo2, you will be best to log in to the web portal at https://mymobile.o2.co.uk
