so i ordered my WiFi hub and some card yesterday it said it was next day delivery.. its 9.10pm and im still waiting. Cant speak to literally any human to ask where it is. Not a great start to my experience with O2

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Its saying its closed atm so how does this help? I rang my local store earlier and he said it shuts at 10 so why isn't they a reply
