Will not let me sign into the app, says my username does not have a pay and go number:/ all my stuff is fine when i go to the online one, just the app, anyone know why?

Hi Naomi3651 and welcome to the forum,

 

 

Make sure your logging into the App with your correct user name and in the right format as the user name and password are case sensative.

 

Try deleting the MyO2 App and re install.

 

If that does not help then phone o2 Uk CS on 202 Contract or 4445 Payg for them to take a look at yur account.
