Hi. I seem to of lost all services for a second time. But this time I can't have incoming and outgoing calls.

I have been to the o2 shop who couldn't help because I had no ID, So they sent me away with a fast track number to call (somehow) but obviously now I'm home I still can't do this. On my o2 it says no bill is owed.. This seems to be the only way I can contact o2.

You need to check if it's a sim or phone issue Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Or if you need a new sim, just go in store with ID.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
