I am a new customer, cannot use my app for an week, cannot track how much data I used obviously cannot do nothing (my o2 app says -something went wrong)and I think I changed my mind about o2 and I would like to cancel in 14 days my plan, but I can’t because my app is not working and customer service is not working too!!!

They are working but offering a limited service for obvious reasons. Delete the app and reinstall.
