I just writing to you to tell you that iam sorry about the overdue payment but I can't pay till Friday but my mums I'd not well and the have cut my out going calls off and I need my phone cause of my mum please can you help me with this my phone number is xxxxx xxx xxx

This isn't O2, it's a community forum. You need to edit your post to remove your phone number (Top right hand side you will see this sign V. Click on that and choose edit.
Re your issue about late payment, you need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
