Hi there, my bill was so high and they have debited my amount of £166 I called the o2 customer service what the problem they said that I have upgraded to new sim contract that the reason ! But the thing is I don’t even know there will be extra charges if we switch to new upgrade why should you people should call and make us I told your colleague I ll be taking with the manger they said they gona call me but no calls ntg till now I request please please refund my money back £166 it’s not a small amount sir / madam I need my money please answer my calls please do something help me I’m a student
