How do I remove my old mobile number and details from MyO2 as there was an problem with that number and O2 could not solve (Too much detail to go into that issue..complaint is on going)
So had to get a new number and contract so it's now getting confusing everytime I want to access MyO2 and I keep getting fraud alerts sent to my new number every time I sign in to MyO2, any help appretiated, thanks Ian

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call
