My O2 Late Payment Registration

So, because of the April price rise, I didn't have enough money in my account so unfortunetly I missed my payment for my contract.

 

I have now paid the amount that is due but My O2 still says that I have amount that is due. 

 

Does it take a day or so for it to update?

It can take up to 24 hours for it to update on your account. If you have any issues after this time please let us know slight_smile

Thank you! I will let you know if it doesn't clear as I only have tomorrow for it to go through otherwise I get charged the late payment fee slight_smile
