My mobile suddenly stopped working today sometime between arriving at work and retreiving it from locker at lunchtime... No apparent cause whatsoever. Anyone else experienced anything similar and how was it dealt with? Or can anyone offer any advice?

Sounds like you'll need to speak to Samsung to get it repaired @Marion_Gold

Should be covered by warranty if less than 2 years old..

@Marion_Gold

Have you tried rebooting first?

Then check your postcode here for faults O2 Service Status

Finally, see if you can try your sim in another phone, or pop in store for a free sim swap in case your has failed.

Thanks for advice. There is no power at all nor any uptake of power when plugged in. No sign of life whatsoever. I went into store this evening and they coudln't get it to power up either. Didn't suggest trying the sim in another phone though. Looks like I'll have to go back again tomorrow before lockdown...
