Anyone else experienced this? I sent a text to my sister's Dutch mobile with a picture- she came back for next 4 or 5 days saying the same message kept coming through for days- now bill shows multiple charges. Chatted to O2 on line to someone called Tweeny who said it was because it was an international number and the charges stood. 2 days later ( last Thursday) tried chat again and the guy said it looked like a glitch and he'd come back the next day- still nothing! So frustrating that you cannot speak to a person, any suggestions?

You do need to call. As you've found out, chat are limited to what they can do. I'm not sure if they can actually access the system or process a refund.

No way should those charges should be allowed to stand. After speaking to someone and you don't get recredited then make a complaint.

It makes no difference that it's an international number, you should only be charged once per message sent. If the network is glitchy you should be refunded.
Call 202 and you should get a better response.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
