Moving a number

Hey all,

I’ve signed up to a new contract with Virgin for an iPhone 14 pro max so I want to port my number over to them. I have 2 numbers with o2 at present and the one I’m porting has an Apple Watch linked to it. Ideally I’d like to keep my watch active with a number so was wondering if the watch plan can be transferred to the other number that’s still running.

I know that if I simply ask for a PAC code that will result in me having to pay the watch plan off to close that number down properly so am looking at a way to keep it active, I’m not worried about the phone number it’s attached to as I’ll only use it for outgoing calls anyway and only then if desperate!

Does anyone have any ideas if this is possible?

Thanks.

@Rolfd

I doubt you can without paying the watch off first, but If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

@Rolfd,

I'll tag @O2Ellie     who is an account advisor and see if she can help you with this. Look out for a message from her on this page. Best of luck.
