I am getting msg for my mobile no xxxxxxxxxxxx bill unpaid but I have given instructions to pay by monthly direct debit and you keep sending me msg for unpaid bill please amend your record and collect monthly bill by direct debit sort code xxxxxxxxxx a/c xxxxxxxxxxxx

 

please confirm

This is not O2 but an open forum and you have just given scammers your bank details.

Go back to your post. Click the down arrow top right and choose edit to remove all personal details

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
