Hi

I cannot get throught to O2 on the phone to cancel my O2 contact which has reached the end. I have another contract with EE so dont need to continue O2 or port the number. The telephone line says only use in emergency and there isnt a way to cancel online that I can see. I havent got an O2 sim in the phone anymore. Anyone help?

Many thanks

Greg

Get a PAC or STAC and port the number to EE on a P&G sim. You don't need to use the P&G and your contract would be cancelled

You'll have to call Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Around 8.00am is a good time.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
