If you click MyO2 at the top of the page and log in with the details you were given, you should see the link to your account.
If it's not showing ring O2 on 202 from your mobile and get them to check it for you.
If this is your first bill there will be a pro rata amount added for the few days of use before your bill date, next month you won't get that.
