Monthly bill rise

I joined o2 in February of this year, and 2 months later (now), i see that my monthly tariff charge has increased by 17%. I did not receive any emails or notifications about this increase. Should i be phoning up to complain/revert this increase? Has anyone else received an increase?

@jj82 It's the annual RPI and is included in the Terms & Conditions you agreed to.
