Solved: Monthly Extras

Hi new to O2 and just got my first bill. Two monthly extras I was not expecting:

International Favourites 3 £8.34 and 50 Picture messages £4.26.

Cant find out what these are for and why I have these charges as not aware of sending any picture messages or international calls

If you don't want the bolt ons, contact O2 to remove them for you.

We’re just customers like you but you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
