Mobile data problem

My download speed varies enormously. 0 to 25 mbps. Am frequently kicked off my internet connection. Using my phone as a hotspot. I have line of sight to the mast, less than 1 km away. Do you have any idea how to fix this? (I’ve done all the settings changes, changed SIM etc. O2 say there’s no problem. )

@NickC1 You can see if anything in the link below helps. If not, it's probably network congestion in your area, which there really isn't anything you can do to change.

Thank you @Bambino. I have tried all the things in the link. As you say, perhaps it’s congestion.

My signal strength (rsrp0) is -115 dBm. Do you think that makes sense given that the mast is less than 1km away and in line of sight?
