Mobile broadband

Hi. When I first moved into my house I got the mobile broadband until I got wifi installed. That was maybe 3/4 years ago. The device has been paid off, but I’m still paying airtime. It hasn’t been used, so I’m not sure why I’m still paying for it? Any advice.

You need to contact O2 to cancel the airtime.
