Hi everyone, I'm a current o2 use on a sim only tariff and the contract has expired. if I purchase a 2 year contract directly for an iPhone 12 through Mobile Phones Direct, will I still be able to take advantage of the VOLT offer e.g. contract is for 8GB of data, can I ring O2 and get this doubled for free to 16GB as part of this contract as a user of both Virgin Media and O2.

Also, is my contract with Mobile Phones Direct or O2 and who would I ring to cancel contract after it expires?

Thanks

For volt, see main thread here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Welcome-News/Introducing-Volt-the-new-supercharged-service-from-Virgin...

Yes, you will get double data and your contract is still with O2.

Cancellation process here Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
