I get text messages from O2UK saying Mms DOWNLOAD. wtf? Im not going to juat download random stuff. How do I stop it?

You can change your marketing preferences in your MyO2 and also try blocking the sender on your handset.

It's probably a media message about Priority. As said, change your preferences unless there is a reply STOP marketing included.
