Missing upgrade hanset

awful awful service from o2 as always, I realy should have got my pac code and left. Upgraded and twice o2 send my new device to an address i left over a year ago. Then good luck getting thru to 202. **bleep** sake I wish I'd gone to another network

Thanks but I'm sure they're all the same, funny how existing customers get treated like sh*t but I'm sure new customers get looked after properly

Actually I rang 0800 587 4005 a few days ago. My query was dealt with and I have been with O2 for 16 years. You won't know unless you try.
