@Biggav1971 You need to report the phone as lost. Stay on the line. The lost/stolen service is 24/7.

It was June last year. Every few months it happens

If your phone is missing... it's lost.
You are responsible for any activity on it while it is lost and has not been reported as such.
Whatever calls and texts your phone is used for will show up on your account. See your my o2 and view the bill and recent charges.
