I was just wondering woul i be able to change the account in which the money is taking out of each month ? I am looking to change it into a different account please.

This is a customer to customer forum. You would need to call Customer Services on 202 from your mobile, which is a free call, to discuss any changes to your account. DO NOT try to do this via Live Chat.

I change mine through My O2. As advised, do not use webchat to do this.

I've done this through MyO2 as well, you will need your site pin to do it.
I have found that in my case the name of the bank didn't change but as long as you put the correct sort code and account number it doesn't seem to matter.
