Mast not working

Hello,

 

It shows that the mast in my area is no working. Should i not be elegable for some compensation. I am paying for a service that is not working.

You will need to speak to customer service regarding compensation but O2 will never give out timescales for repairs as there are many factors that can effect timing.

@Sonal O2 don't guarantee 100% uptime. No network will. It's in the Terms & Conditions. There's no point in asking for compensation unless you've been without service for a considerable length of time, and even then they'd probably only throw you a crumb.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
