For some reason this error message comes up when I try to send a photo attached to a text - any idea why?

@GillMac66What error message?

You need mobile data on to send a picture via text

If adding attachments to email (which looks like a paperclip) you add the picture you want there?

I'd like to know the solution too. When I actually got through to O2 and spoke to someone she said it was due to my charge/spend cap being set at £0, but no, she couldn't change it and I would have to. I can't see how I can change it and it looks like a job for O2. Is she right, and how can I get it changed it that's what's required? Trying to phone O2 is hopeless, and probably will be for some time after Christmas.

@Kev99

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks
