M&S vouchers confusion

When I switched from PAYG to my simplicity contract I was told I would get £50 in M&S vouchers. They never arrived so I used the online help and the person I talked to said I needed to talk to the customer concern team. They said I needed to talk to the people who dealt with the promotion. The people who dealt with the promotion said that they didn't deal with it and I needed to talk to the customer concern team. Now I am really confused. Any ideas what I do next?

Hi Melly

Call customer services on 202 from your handset. Tell them where and when you were offered the vouchers (ie in store, or through telesales or online) so that they can check where the offer was made and what is to happen next.

Bear in mind that they don't send the vouchers out right away, they do wait until after your cancellation period has ended before processing the vouchers.
